For Deborah and Mark, family is the number one priority.
In November, the couple had their fourth child, baby Samantha. She was welcomed by Rebecca, age 6, Bridgette, age 5, and Fiona, 21 months. The family lives in Carp, on the outskirts of Ottawa.
According to Deborah, having four young children is the most exciting, challenging and rewarding experience of a lifetime. Although some may wonder how the couple manages with four girls in the house, they respond that this is the best time of their lives and that they cannot imagine it any other way!
Needless to say, the Universal Child Care Benefit comes in handy to buy necessities such as diapers and clothing. Deborah and Mark also make use of a portion of the $100 a month per child for their girls’ education savings plan.
