The Honourable Steven Fletcher celebrates the third anniversary of the Universal Child Care Benefit in Winnipeg

Winnipeg, Manitoba, July 20, 2009―The Honourable Steven Fletcher, Minister of State (Democratic Reform), celebrated the third anniversary of the Universal Child Care Benefit with children and staff at the YMCA West Portage Preschool Centre. Minister of State Fletcher celebrated this event on behalf of the Honourable Diane Finley, Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development.
